The Mission of St. Catharine School is to develop the spiritual, moral, intellectual, social creative. and physical needs of its students, thus preparing them to meet the challenges
of modern life. The school realizes this goal through a structured, Christian environment that emphasizes identifiable and consistent discipline with a mutual respect for all.

The Students of St. Catharine School grow in knowledge of the Catholic faith through formal religious instruction and sacramental preparation. Spiritual values are integrated into all disciplines and echoed in the classroom and school environment. The students engage in faith-in-action activities that address social issues and concerns for worldwide peace. These activities reflect and support the school's motto, "Faith... Knowledge.. Service"

St Catharine School provides a structured yet flexible scholastic environment. Through academics, socialization, and community participation, students acquire lifelong skills based on the teachings of the Gospels. Students learn to think creatively and critically as they develop a true "Love of Learning"

St Catharine School values a sequential, integrated approach to learning. Building on the solid foundation secured through the primary grades, students progress through the upper grades, while being enriched spiritually and challenged academically. Personal
excellence and self discipline as students are supported by a dedicated and certified faculty and staff. Our graduates possess self-confidence and pride that is genuine and well deserved.

Parents
of St. Catharine School are challenged to actively participate in our school, knowing that a mutually supportive parent/teacher relationship is a powerful force that benefits each child, naturally creating a "family" environment.
The Faculty adheres to strict professional standards. They develop expertise through workshops, spiritual reflection days, curriculum meetings, professional reading, continuing educational coursework, and administrative guidance. They address students'
strengths and needs through whole group, flexible group and individual instruction. Teachers are committed to the mission of the school, acting professionally and ethically in the best interests of the students.

Curriculum Development is a collegial process, involving both administration and faculty. Our philosophy clearly states that our curriculum is continually evolving to meet the needs of the student body while reflecting the nature of the school community. When determining the efficacy of new methodologies and technologies for its students, the faculty and administration engage in meaningful dialogue.
